This new integration, which was announced in a blog post, works with any Peloton technology and allows users to contribute to closing Apple's move and exercise rings while also tracking Peloton's Strive score in real time to better assess how long they've spent in higher heart rate zones. It also means that you can track your exertion levels using Apple's own heart rate monitor. You've now entered the Apple Health app. When you start a workout on your Peloton setup, you'll get a message on your Watch that it's time to work out.You may tap that message, and the Watch will begin monitoring your workout. You may also begin monitoring a Peloton exercise by opening the Watch app before beginning a class and selecting ""Start Tracking."" The company's recent initiative to increase Apple Watch compatibility for Peloton machines is the latest in a series of moves to bring wearables and its hardware closer together.
According to a recent rumour, Peloton plans to temporarily halt manufacture of their exercise equipment.Improved Apple Watch connectivity might be viewed as an attempt to provide something helpful to existing customers rather than pulling in new ones. Especially because Apple's heart rate monitor technology on the new Series 6 and Series 7 watches provides some of the most accurate workout data from the wrist.
