What is the best way to get in touch with customer service?

Once an order is placed, it is usually impossible to cancel or modify it. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

At checkout, any relevant taxes will be added to your total.

For purchases over Rs.5,600 shipping is free. For orders under Rs. 5,600, shipping is paid at a fixed cost of Rs. 520.

We presently only ship to the states in India. We plan to grow abroad in the near future. Please let us know if there is a country you’d want us to prioritize!

Once you’ve placed your order, we usually can’t change it. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. When will my order be delivered?

We make every effort to dispatch orders within two business days after receiving them. A longer shipping window may apply to some made-to-order products. Each product’s “Shipping + Returns” section will provide these data.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your product has been sent. After your product is sent, it may take a few business days for tracking updates to appear.

6. What are your preferred carriers?

The kind of merchandise and the shipment location determine the carrier. We usually use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL to ship our packages.

7. What's the deal with my order arriving in many packages?

The majority of our items are supplied directly from the manufacturers. You will receive a different shipment email for each shipment if you placed an order for products from various brands.
