RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

 Return Policy:

On account of any problem in the purchased product, you can return it within 3 days of purchase. The condition being that it is not used, or the original tag is not taken off, and it should be sent in the original packaging with the original invoice.

Exchange Policy :

In case of any issue with the product, you can apply for exchange within 3 days includes products from clothes and shoes category only, on account of non exchangeable products pertaining to the following reasons such as the unavailability of the same product, or price difference or the product is out of stock you can apply for return within the 10 days of the delivery of the product.

On receiving the product at the facility and after completion of the quality check, either the exchanged product will be shipped if it is unavailable the refund will be processed within 2 working days upon approval. Please note that the product must be unused, unwashed, and retain its original tag, along with a copy of the original invoice.
