RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

 Return Policy:

On account of any problem in the purchased product, you can return it within 3 days of purchase. The condition being that it is not used or the original tag not taken off and it should be sent in the original packaging with the original invoice.

Exchange Policy :

In case of any issue with the product , you can apply for exchange within 3 days includes products from clothes and shoes category only, on account of non exchangeable products pertaining to the following reasons such as the unavailability of the same product, or price difference or the product is out of stock you can apply for return after 10 days of the delivery of the product.

On receiving the product at the facility and after completion of the quality check ,either the exchanged product or the refund will be processed. Bringing to your notice that the product should be unused, unwashed with the original tag retained and a copy of the original invoice.
