The ECG feature of the Garmin Venu 2 Plus was revealed to be hidden.

Because this was concealed in the diagnostic part of the program, there was no way to share or export the data to verify its accuracy. It's hardly unexpected that Garmin would follow Apple, Samsung, and even Coros in incorporating ECG capability into one of its watches. The fact that the Venu 2 Plus has ECG capabilities might indicate that Garmin is working on bringing it to its smartwatches sooner rather than later. The Venu series is unmistakably Garmin's response to the Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, both of which use ECG sensors to identify indications of atrial fibrillation.
Currently, the Coros Vertix 2 is the only sports watch with an ECG sensor, which is utilized to provide workout recovery state information rather than for health monitoring. If you're a Garmin fan who's been wanting for its watches to receive the same huge health tracking capabilities as Apple and Samsung's smartwatches, this is a fairly encouraging find.
