The much awaited Samsung galaxy watch 5 is slated towards a release, it is going to swap its own Tizen OS smartwatch operating system for Wear OS 3 , It will also come in packaging of Google’s smartwatch OS. It is revelaed by the Front page tech, Jon Prosser that it is going to be released on 26 August 2022. A reliable leaker , evan Blass has revealed the pictures of the upcoming watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro, the renders also suggest that ther will be a GPS , LTE support and a sapphire crystal lens including a 5ATM water resistance .

It is going to replace Galaxy watch 5 Pro and will come in Black or titanium looks and run on Google’s wear OS. Pertaining to the size it is suggested that there will be three sizes Heart -s (SM-R90X), Heart -L (SM-R91X), Heart Pro)SM-R92X) . , with 40mm and 44mm sizes and a larger 46mm version for the new Galaxy watch 5 Pro. It will replace the classic watch 4 , the 44mm GW5 will be launched in silver, Sapphire, and Graphite for the standard version and Silver, sapphire and pink gold for the 40mm version.It will also be equipped with a massive battery, the new GW5 will feature a titanium body and a sapphire crystal display. The charger game will be upped ensuring a longer battery. The new certifications at FCC suggest that the SM-R900, SM-R910 and SM-R920 will be equipeed with FCC. While theSM-R905,SM-R915 and SM-R925 will have LTE versions with 4G.

The Watch 5 pro will also be eliminating the iconic rotating Bezel.However, it will be equipped with a temperature snsor and help detect users symptoms of Covid -19, like some of the smart devices that monitor the temperarture.Samsung has already launched its ability to monitor heart rate , including an ECG sensor. The galaxy watch 5 will however be equipped with bigger battery, upgrading from 247mAh to 276mAh , and will last for around 2 days.
