Gaurav Khatri, Co-founder of Noise, spoke with YourStory's Daily Dispatch about how the wearable industry has blossomed in India recently, and how Noise has been at the forefront of this growth. According to him, this area accounts for 70% of the company's entire revenues. In terms of growth targets, he noted that the firm intends to quadruple its growth this year. By FY23, it wants to generate Rs 850 crore in income.The firm will continue to focus on the wearable and audio sectors in the future, as well as try to grow regionally. In addition, the business plans to penetrate the eyeglass market.
Noise, which is now available at 4,000-6,000 physical locations, is projected to have a significant offline presence. Gaurav believes that the initial step of expansion will come from existing offline partners and merchants. In addition, there are plans to build experience centers in a few cities.Titan was recently rumored to be interested in acquiring Noise, according to some media reports. Gaurav rejected it as a rumour, saying that Noise's future partnering intentions will be determined by the chances that occur.
