In terms of what's coming, all watches will have access to Huawei's Software Market, which will let them download third-party apps, as well as Huawei's Auto Navi map app but it’s for China only.Sunrise and sunset displays have been added, as well as the ability to see pace intervals during runs, support for connecting the watches to sports equipment (in China only), and the ability to keep the screen in always-on mode when tracking workouts to see real-time stats without waking up the screen.
Huawei is also providing support for women's health tracking and its heart health research application. These are some significant new features for Huawei's previous generation watches, which operate on the same HarmonyOS operating system that debuted with the Huawei Watch 3 and has subsequently made its way to the Huawei Watch GT 3 and Huawei Watch GT Runner.Much of what you get on the GT 3 and Watch 3 in terms of sports monitoring is also available on the GT 2 series. The Watch GT 2 and Watch GT 2e are both available for about Rs. 15,260, however, the Watch GT 2e is a little tougher to come by in the US due to Huawei's current trade troubles.
