If you are looking for a basic fitness tracker within your budget, go for the Garmin Vivofit 4. With features such as Garmin's MoveIQ exercise tracking and 1-year battery life, it gives complete value for your money. This fourth edition tracker from Garmin is designed for daily fitness tracking.
Design
The Garmin Vivofit 4 is available in a range of colors including black, lime green, plum, and white. A band made of textured rubber grips your wrist.The band is comfortable, so you wear the tracker 24/7 without much discomfort. This tracker has a small 8-colour MIP screen with a button at the middle. Push the button to view stats such as distance, steps, calories, standing hours, weather, and temperature.You can add different clockfaces or watch faces based on your preference or activity. This tracker has a waterproof rating of 5ATM, so you can keep it on while swimming or showering.
Features and tracking
This wearable tracks steps, runs, and calories burned. It also tracks intensity minutes, which is calculated based on steps per minute to the time duration when the movement is vigorous.Use the Garmin's Move IQ tech to set your daily activity goals. For example, set 30 minutes time for walking or running. After youve walked /run for 20 minutes, the screen will start displaying the remaining time.Once the activity is complete, you can check for the breakup on the app dashboard. The Garmin Vivofit 4 also offers sleep tracking.
Battery life
The wearable is powered by two SR43 batteries that offer up to 1-year of charge. This means you dont need to worry about charging your Garmin Vivofit 4 once in a few days.
Companion App
You can sync your device with the app by long pressing the button on the tracker twice. View the breakdown of the activities on the colorful dashboard.
