Wyze Band with built-in Alexa hits the market!

Wyze Band, priced at 9,500 INR, is now live and ready for use by fitness enthusiasts. Wyze has designed and released many budget-friendly smart home devices since 2017. Apart from fitness trackers, they also produce smart cameras, bulbs, and door locks under 3,000 INR. This company is established by former Amazon product employees.Wyze Band has a 0.95-inch AMOLED touch screen with 282 ppi pixel density and a 120 by 240 resolution. The screen can be customized with watch faces, widgets, and shortcuts. The Wyze Band is water resistant up to 50 meters (5ATM). It has a heart rate monitor, but we need to wait to find out how it works and evaluate its presentation. Theres no GPS, but theres a run tracking mode. So, we are assuming that it could either use GPS from the paired device or calculate it based on the accelerometer data. If you have a Wyze smart bulb or camera, then you can operate those connected devices right from your wrist. You can set up shortcuts on the home screen to operate the connected devices. However, those who dont use Wyze smart products may find it unnecessary. Alexa is built into the fitness tracker.Wake Alexa by holding the Home button and ask questions or set reminders using voice commands. However, this tracker doesnt seem to have a speaker. The battery life is pretty good. It lasts for 10 to 14 days. Wyze has also launched a smart body composition scale that tracks body fat, weight, heart rate, and other health metrics. This smart scale works with Google Fit, Fit Bit, and Apple Health. Its priced just 1,500 INR. We need to wait for the reviews before we decide if this tracking device is worth the buy.
