With a slew of new features coming to Apple Fitness+, the service is about to get even better for runners. The new Time to Run series is the first step towards a new focus on outdoor running. It's the next step in the growth of Time to Walk, the walking podcasts with renowned people that began last year. Time to Run, on the other hand, focuses more on running training, with planned sessions to mix up your exercises, as well as talk and music. There's much more for runners and individuals who want to get in shape. In the year since its introduction, Apple has added over 2,000 exercises to the platform, and it's also introducing Collections, which are bundled workouts that help you reach a certain objective.Run Your First 5K is a couch to 5K type collection, although the whole list is:
- Core Challenge for 30 Days.
- Pilates Can Help You Improve Your Posture.
- Yoga Balance Poses should be perfected.
- Your First 5K Run.
- Stretch your hips and strengthen your back.
- Relax and unwind for a better night's sleep.
