Redmi, a Xiaomi sub-brand, has unveiled three new wearables as part of a comprehensive line-up revamp.Redmi Watch 2The Redmi Watch 2, which is a small improvement of the previous smartwatch, is at the top of the field. It has a 1.6-inch AMOLED display with a 320 x 360-pixel resolution. There are 117 different sports modes to choose from, including automated identification for the most typical exercises. It will also keep track of swims owing to the 5ATM water resistance. Theres a heart rate sensor, a blood oxygen sensor, and the normal array of accelerometer gyroscopes, no altimeter, but there is GPS. The Redmi platform can also link to third-party apps like Strava, making it a viable alternative for runners. Sleep tracking, stress monitoring, menstrual cycle tracking, and guided breathing exercises are all available on the health front. Redmi has revealed a Chinese price of 399 Yuan, which is Rs. 4469.Redmi Watch 2 LiteRedmi Watch 2 Lite has less hardware and a lower price. Pricing has yet to be determined. The primary Watch 2's 1.6-inch AMOLED has been replaced with a 1.55-inch IPS, which will result in a considerable reduction in quality.The heart rate sensor, SpO2, and, most shockingly, the GPS sensor remain. The battery will last 5 days of vigorous use and is still 5ATM water resistant.Redmi Smart Band ProThe Redmi Smart Band Pro is the newest product to imitate Huawei's Watch Fit having the same long screen as the Fitbit Surge, and a cross between a fitness tracker and a smartwatch. It's a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with a 194 x 368 resolution and a brightness of 450 nits. It doesn't have GPS, thus it's more suited to home or gym exercises than runners and bikers. It features a heart rate sensor and will track stress and menstrual cycles as well as monitor blood oxygen levels through a SpO2 sensor. The average battery life is 14 days and 20 days in low-power mode.
