"Fitbit has announced that the ECG function will be available on the Fitbit Charge 5 and that the Daily Readiness Score will be available on all Fitbit devices. The Google-owned company introduced the Charge 4's successor back in September, presenting a redesigned stainless-steel design with an AMOLED display, as well as capabilities like built-in GPS and skin temperature sensors. It has an ECG sensor, which joins Fitbit's Sense wristwatch in allowing you to collect more precise heart rate readings in 30 seconds by laying your fingertips on the stainless-steel casing. As a result, the Charge 5 may now assist in the detection of atrial fibrillation. It's also enabling Daily Readiness Scores, which is part of Fitbit Premium, a premium membership service. These ratings are derived from activity logs, sleep data, and heart rate variability measurements to help users determine if they're ready for a strenuous day or should take it easy. It offers customized exercises from Fitbit's own library or even suggest that you spend some extra focused time to help you rest and refresh. To begin producing scores, you must wear your gadget for at least four days. Charge 5, Sense, Versa 3, Versa 2, Luxe, and Inspire 2 users will be able to see their scores on Fitbit's companion app. You can check Readiness scores on your watch screen if you have a Sense or Versa 3 wristwatch.Another innovation being pushed out in Fitbit's app is the ability for users to better track their blood glucose levels and set individualized ranges which first debuted in February of this year. Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and the United Kingdom are all getting better support. During our testing, we were generally satisfied with the new Charge, although there were some software issues to contend with. We'll be putting these new Charge 5 capabilities to the test for nearly a month after launch to determine if they're worth the wait. "
