Garmin has unveiled its budget friendly GPS watch - the new Venu Sq smartwatch. The Venu Sq (and Venu Sq Music) start at just 21,000 INR. The Music version is rather pricey at 26,500 INR but pack a massive spec sheet. In addition to Garmin GPS tracking of 20 sports, you get optical heart rate tracking, SpO2 sensor for measuring oxygen saturation and advanced sleep monitoring.The SpO2 keeps tab on respiration rate, identifies sleep disorders and more. The heart rate monitor offers high/low alerts too. You can also track stress, achieve guided mindfulness and get insights on energy levels. The Venu Sq has a 1.3-inch color touchscreen, but the quality is not on par with the popular Garmin Venu smartwatch. You get a battery life of 6 days and GPS tracking of 14 hours.The Venu Sq music allows you to sync Spotify and Deezer tracks offline, so you can listen straight from the wrist. The Venu Sq smartwatch is a natural competitor to the Fitbit Sense (36,000 INR) and the Apple Watch Series 6 (50,000 INR) and Apple Watch SE (34,000 INR).
