TAG Heuer has announced the launch of TAG Heuer Connected, a third-generation smartwatch. Wearable had previously reported that a new version of TAG Heuer will be released in March 2020. We will have two major launches in 2020: a new Connected watch and a new Carrera.Those are going to be big, big launches next year. New Connected watches will be unveiled in February and we will focus on the Carrera at Baselworld, said Stephane Bianchi, Chief Executive of TAG Heuer. This points to the release of TAG Heuer Connected ahead of the March Baselworld Show in which LVMH is one of the main exhibitors. TAG Heuer had struggled to make a big impression with its first and second generations smartwatches.Even when the sales numbers were potentially disastrous, there were no indications from this Swiss watchmakers of a lower-priced watch. TAG Heuer has made it very clear that it will continue on the traction it has built.
