It can also assist women anticipate when their menstruation will arrive by forecasting the cycle 30 days ahead and notify users six days before their period is set to begin, and it can evolve and adapt as your body changes, making it more useful for planning than a traditional calendar.Sleep monitoring has been improved.Oura's major focus has always been on sleep and how it affects preparation and it has improved.An SpO2 sensor has been added to the device, which joins the infrared heart rate HRM and adds to the data from your sleep tracking.The sleep staging algorithm has also been updated, allowing for more precise tracking of deep, light, and REM sleep stages and will go live in 2022. Restorative Time is a new measure added by Oura that examines if you're receiving enough downtime during the day.A new subscription is now available.It will become a subscription service for Rs. 449.36 per month. Any existing Oura user who upgrades to the new third gen Ring, on the other hand, will receive the app for free for life, as well as a discount on the device.The Oura Ring will cost Rs. 22,430.55 and will begin shipping on November 15th.
