The launch of Mobvoi's upcoming TicWatch X Arty health wristwatch has been teased. The company announced the launch on social media, and it will take place on March 1st.Mobvoi's alliance with CardieX (and its ATCOR subsidiary), an Australian health start-up, was first disclosed in 2021, and it appears that partnership is ready to bear fruit. The TicWatch X Arty will have "arterial and heart health information," according to the teaser. Arty is CardiX's arterial health technology.XDA Developers has previously leaked features such as an arterial health score, Exercise Capacity, arterial age, and Heart Stress Score, which we covered back in October. CardieX has FDA-approved technology for measuring artery pressure waveforms, as well as a variety of health measures not yet available on consumer devices. As a result, the TicWatch X Arty will be able to detect artery hardening caused by lifestyle factors, which can lead to heart disease.According to source code analysis, Mobvoi has been working on its own heart health capabilities, and the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra incorporated TruHR ECG data through an optical sensor, which will also make an appearance. The TicWatch X Arty, on the other hand, has a square case with a prominent crowd, drawing parallels to the Apple Watch. It also appears similar to the TicWatch GTH, the company's entry-level health wristwatch. So, while we have a fair notion of what will be released, we don't yet know the specifications of the wristwatch, its operating system, or its pricing.
