Apples own Sleep app for Watch seems to be on its way Apple lets it slip with reference in Alarms App setting

Apple has let the cat out of the bag on its own Apple Watch Sleep app with hints of it being found in the Apple Watch Alarms app. The settings found in the Alarms app reveal that sleep time can be set in a separate Sleep app, much like the Bedtime setting in the iPhone's Clock app. The more you understand how well you sleep, the better your ability to change your routines to get more rest. There were rumours earlier this year that suggested that the motion and health monitoring capabilities of your Apple Watch can measure both the duration and quality of your sleep. The Sleep app is also alleged to have a mode to help those with more than one Apple Watch to choose which watch they would want to take to bed to track their sleep. Everyone was expecting that Apple would announce its own sleep-tracking app at its big hardware event on 10 September this year, where it launched the Apple Watch Series 5.But there was no mention of this app at the event. Bloomberg had reported that a sleep tracking app was in the making at Apple and that it was expected to be out in the first quarter of 2020. Apple had acquired Beddit, a sleep-tracking tech company, in 2017. Nevertheless, it has been a slow journey to developing its own sleep-tracking app. Any way we are almost there.
