Apple Watch SE launches cheaper but not a 'cheap' smartwatch

The Apple Watch SE was launched at the Time Flies event alongside the Apple Watch Series 6. It allows you to get an Apple Watch for less but without making as many sacrifices as the Series 3. In time, it might become the successor to the Series 3 and is priced at 34,000 INR. Surprisingly, the Series 3 continues to be sold at the same 24,000 INR.The Apple Watch SE is good looking watch, and comes in same 40/44mm sizes. It has the same screen size and dimensions as the Apple Watch Series 6. It uses the S5 chip from the previous generation, but not as many features. Conseqently it is 2x faster than the Series 3. It doesn't have the always-on display nor do ECG and blood oxygen make the cut.The Apple Watch SE comes with the accelerometer and altimeter so you get altitude tracking, fall detection and warnings of loud environmental noise. And like other Apple Watch generations, you get LTE versions capable of making calls. The Apple Watch SE will feature watchOS 7 that launches for download on 16 September.
