Armani Exchange, which was under the Fossil Group as Emporio now branches out to releases its first smartwatch packed with features. As for the design, the Armani Exchange Connected collection will include 46mm smartwatches in four different styles. The design will also have link bracelet options in coal, black, silver, and gold. The touchscreen watches will also have customizable signature watch faces. However, unlike the previous hybrid watches from Exchange, we are seeing true smartwatch features in this model. Just like the other 4th generation Fossil Group Watches, the Armani Exchange Connected smartwatch will also have features such as GPS tracking for workouts, heart rating monitor, and NFC for contactless payment. This watch will have waterproofing up to 3 AT, which means it can withstand splashes and showers and water pressure up to 30 meters. This level of waterproofing allows users to use swim tracking via third-party apps. The other features are Google Assistant, music control, notification, and Google Pay for contactless payments. The battery has an average life of 1 to 2 days depending on usage. The release of this relatively cheaper touchscreen smartwatch from Armani could open up a wider market for the brand. At the same time, we are not sure if the design will be suitable for the fitness features. Plus, it comes with a 21,500 INR price tag, which is almost same as the price of the Emporio Armani Connected range. All said and done, we are still looking forward to testing this touchscreen smartwatch. If you want to try this new wearable, checkout Armani Exchange and other retailers right away.
