The Samsung Gear and Samsung Galaxy Watch smartwatch owners are facing an issue with the Galaxy Wearable companion app.
According to Samsung, they are unable to sign into the app using non-Samsung smartphones. Users have been unable to sync, download apps or play around with watch settings for as long as four to five days and Samsung is looking at a fix. Though it is not affecting all non-Samsung setups, the volume of complaints on Samsung’s forum indicates that it had affected a lot of people.
It has clearly been a tough few weeks for Samsung with its Galaxy Fold woes but as always, we believe that Samsung will have a workaround for everyone soon.
