Owners of some of the Samsung Gear Sport and Gear S3 devices are facing issues with the battery.
The Samsung Community forum is abuzz with complaints from users who have reported that the battery drain happens around the same time (3 am) even though the charge is as much as 70% when they go to bed. A moderator has commented in the forum that the company is trying to fix the issue though they haven’t revealed what actually caused it. As per Samsung, all you need to do is turn the device off and then turn it on.
This isn’t the first time that battery related issues have affected Samsung devices. In December 2017, Gear S3 owners reported bad battery life and the issue was fixed using the same turn off-turn on mechanism.
