The LG Watch W7 is a hybrid with physical hands on top of the Wear OS. The mechanical hands sit atop a 1.2-inch LCD display but one press on the side button and they move out of the way. LG has kept the “touch” and “display” parts separate.
The touch layer sits above the watch hands on glass and can register your finger. The display screen sits underneath the watch hands. All in all, the Watch W7 will feel and work like any other smartwatch. This LG smartwatch features IP68 resistance, Bluetooth 4.2 and the last-generation Snapdragon 2100. It also includes 768MB of RAM and 4GB of storage for music.
The battery life will extend to two days in smartwatch mode. A few things are missing from the LG Watch W7 – GPS, heart monitor and NFC for Google Pay. The Watch W7 is available for 32,500 INR, and you can pre-order the smartwatch on Best Buy on 7 October.
