The app collects information from the sensors and sends it to your remote trainer. The remote physical trainer then creates or updates the schedule, changes workouts based on your performance. The app detects when you start a new set of workouts, and offers audio feedback and guidance. This app collects a host of data including power output, fatigue, form, calories burned, explosiveness, heart rate, and lots more. Your remote physical trainer can review all the tracking data to guide your physical training. However, we’ve found that the tracking is not very reliable at all times.
