How do I redeem a promo code?

Wearables is a Global Fashion Search Engine, where you can shop items from retailers all over the world.

There are two ways to shop on Wearables, depending on the item or retailer you will either checkout on Wearables or be directed to the retailer’s site.

To redeem a promotion when you checkout on Wearables:

  • Click the shopping bag icon in the right hand corner of the page. From here you can either go directly to checkout or view your shopping bag.
  • On the checkout page you will be able enter the code into the promo box found in the bottom left of the page.
  • Enter the promotional code in the “Wearables promo code” box on the cart page and click “apply”.
  • Please note some promotions will be automatically applied at checkout.

To redeem a promotion when you’re directed to the retailer’s site:

  • Follow the ‘Buy now’ link from the Wearables page to the retailer’s site.
  • Add the item to your bag and proceed to checkout - enter the promo code when prompted.
  • If you need help with these steps please contact the retailer’s customer care team directly.

Please note that all promotions are subject to the retailer’s terms and conditions - certain items may be excluded from offers and promotions.  

Who should I contact if there is something missing from my order?

Wearables is a fashion search engine where you can shop items from retailers around the world.

All orders are packed and sent out by the retailer stocking your item. Please contact the retailer’s customer care team if there is something missing from your order.

Next steps

  • You can find the retailer name by checking your confirmation email or in your Wearables order history.
  • To check your order history log in to Wearables and select “account”
    (Please note if you checked out as a guest the order will not be saved in your history).
  • You can visit the retailer's site to get in touch

For example if you have checked and your order has been placed with Lane Crawford  - visit the Lane Crawford site to contact their team.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Once your order has been placed successfully with the retailer Wearables will send you a confirmation email. After the retailer has received your order they will also send a confirmation via email.

If you haven’t received the Wearables confirmation email please check your junk / spam folder.

On the rare occasion that there was a problem placing your order with the retailer, Wearables will email you to confirm.

If you haven’t had an update on your order please contact Wearables customer care and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used to place your order
  • Your billing address

Placing a new order with Wearables

Wearables is an online marketplace where you can shop items from retailers around the world.

There are two ways to check out when shopping on Wearables - either through our integrated checkout or on the retailer’s website.

When you click on an item on Wearables you will either be able to add the item to the bag, or you will be directed to the retailer's website to complete your purchase.

If you are able to add the item to your bag on Wearables, here’s how your order steps will look:

  • Select your item and add to bag.
  • Click on the basket icon and then the checkout securely button.
  • Simply enter your payment details and follow the instructions to make your purchase.
  • Wearables will send an email as soon your order has been received.
  • Once the order has been successfully placed with the retailer, Wearables will send an order confirmation email.
  • The retailer shipping your order will be sending the shipping and tracking information.
  • For any amendments, cancellations or returns you will need to contact the retailer directly.

If you are redirected to the retailer's website:

  • Select your size and add the item to your bag on their page.
  • Follow their onsite instructions to pay for your order.
  • All confirmation and shipping emails will be sent by the retailer directly.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued by the retailer once the item has been received back by their returns department.

Once the retailer has issued your refund, Wearables's payment partner Klarna will automatically credit this back to your original payment account.

If you have questions about the status of your return/ refund it is best to contact the retailer directly through their dedicated customer care area as they will have the most up to date information.

  • You can find the retailer name by checking your Wearables confirmation email or in your Wearables order history. You may have also received an order confirmation email from the retailer as well.
  • Go to the retailers dedicated customer care area to see their returns/ refunds policy.

How do I return an item?

Returns and exchanges are handled by the retailer your order was placed with.

To arrange your return please follow the retailer’s policy and/or contact the retailer directly.

The retailer’s return policy is available to view on the Wearables product page and on the retailer's site in their customer care area.

What is Lyst’s returns policy?

As Lyst partners with retailers from all over the world, returns policies vary by item.

How can I find this information?

This information is available on the Lyst product page before purchase, or you can visit the customer care section of the retailer’s website to view their returns policy.

Next Steps:

  • You can find the returns policy by clicking the "shipping and returns" tab, on the product page.
  • If you have a "buy in store button", you will be directed to the retailer's website where you can view their shipping and returns policy in their dedicated section, as well as complete your transaction directly on their website.
  • Please make sure that you have selected your country by using the drop-down list on the top right-hand side of Lyst.com. This will ensure you will only see items available for delivery to your country.
